Mountain Spring Doodles NC, hereafter referred to as "MSDNC", will provide a healthy and well-adjusted puppy which is up to date on vaccines and de-wormings at time of pick up, which will be no earlier than 8 weeks of age.

 

If Purchaser's vet and a vet of MSDNC choice find a life threatening structural or genetic problem that cannot be remedied before the puppy's third birthday, the Purchaser must provide a letter from a veterinarian to MSDNC within 5 days of the diagnosis detailing all findings and test results. Further testing at the Purchaser's expense may be required to prove that the problem is the fault of MSDNC. If MSDNC is determined to be at fault, MSDNC will replace the puppy from a new litter within 12 months. 

 

If the Purchaser chooses to keep the puppy rather than accept a replacement, all claims will be denied. Delivery costs cannot be refunded. The purchaser is responsible for all expenses of returning the dog to MSDNC.  MSDNC is not responsible for any vet expenses. This warranty does not cover accidents or issues that are not life threatening or issues that can be cured, such as worms, umbilical hernia, fungal infections, or any diseases your puppy contracts from other animals after it leaves our care. In addition, MSDNC offers no guarantees in regards to size, color, coat, shedding, or temperament of the dogs. 

 

At the time of adoption, the Purchaser must agree to the following:

• Take the puppy to the vet for wellness checkup within 14 business days.

• Retain continuous ownership, responsibility, and possession of the puppy.

• Keep the puppy up to date and timely on all examinations, vaccinations, de-worming, wellness exams, flea/tick preventative, heart-worm, and all other healthcare and treatments as recommended by a licensed veterinarian. All puppy's health records/receipts must be provided to MSDNC at the MSDNC's request.  

• Supply daily exercise, play, and stimulation for puppy in addition to love and patience.

• Not allow vigorous/strenuous exercise or activities for the first 12 months, including but not limited to, jumping, jogging, or any other activity that may harm their joints or well being.

• Never tether the puppy at any time.

• Consider the puppy as part of family.

• Keep MSDNC apprised of situations that may cause a claim on the puppy warranty.

• Keep MSDNC apprised of any issues, including but not limited to; health, training, personality, etc. 

 

The Purchaser agrees to contact MSDNC immediately if they can no longer look after the dog at ANY POINT during the dog's life. MSDNC does not want its dogs in animal shelters or compromised situations. If MSDNC can re-home the dog, it agrees to split the rehoming fee equally with the Purchaser, minus any expenses incurred in the re-homing process.

MSDNC loves to hear from its doodle families as they grow, and enjoy seeing pictures of them in their new homes with their new families. The Purchaser understands that ANY pictures or videos sent to MSDNC may be posted publicly on its website, social media pages, or other advertisements as MSDNC sees fit. DO NOT send pictures you would not like us to post.

 

To reserve a Doodle puppy, the Purchaser must: Pay a deposit of $500 OR DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR YOUR SPECIFIED LITTER and submit a signed and dated contract to MSDNC the deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another litter. If MSDNC is unable to provide a puppy at the time the deposit is made, the deposit will be transferred to another litter. If MSDNC deems it necessary to refund a deposit, the refund will be completed when deposits are completed from the next litter [this could take up to 8 months].

 

The Purchaser's balance must be paid at or before the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age.  If puppy is 8 weeks of age or older, entire amount is due.
